It's really good, but eve...I made this as cupcakes. It's really good, but even with only 1 1/4c of butter, it's still really oily. I would almost say reduce it even further. Maybe just 1c is necessary. Totally awesome though. My boyfriend's favorite cake is brown sugar lemon.
